Seven Factors Fighting The Alzheimer's disease

It took me five years, to prove my theorem that the probability to suffer from the Alzheimer's disease is higher if you leave in a rich country. Take a look at the table - Link.

Abstract.
For the past five years I had conducted a survey among 5,130 people from 30 countries and these are the following conclusions:
1. Benzodiazepine pills are your number one brain foe, don't use it under the age of 55.
2. Fried food is your second brain foe.
3. Drinking milk is your third brain foe.
4. Eating Salmon and/or Herrings fishes is bad for your brain.
5. Eating vegetables and fruits will not really help you.
6. Eat buckwheat in your meals, this might help your brain to recover.
7. You may continue smoking and drinking, these habits have no influence on our brains.
